Do you have a pas­sion for elec­tric vehi­cle edu­ca­tion, love talk­ing to peo­ple about your car and your expe­ri­ence with EVs, and want oth­ers to adopt an EV? Become a Vol­un­teer EV Coach with Dri­ve Elec­tric Col­orado to help us reach our goal of get­ting 940,000 EVs on the road by 2030. With your help, we can reach more con­sumers across the state who have ques­tions about elec­tric vehi­cles and accel­er­ate EV adop­tion across the state.

What is an EV Coach?

EV Coach­es are friend­ly indi­vid­u­als with knowl­edge about elec­tric vehi­cles, includ­ing top­ics like charg­ing, range, tax cred­its, and more. EV Coach­es believe in Dri­ve Elec­tric Colorado’s and Dri­ve Elec­tric USA’s mis­sion and sin­cere­ly want to help oth­ers make the switch to an EV by “coach­ing” con­sumers and pro­vid­ing them­selves as a resource for those with ques­tions. Vol­un­teer EV Coach­es will also sup­port Dri­ve Elec­tric Col­orado events like edu­ca­tion­al con­sumer work­shops, ride and dri­ves, and EV showcases.

Do I Need to Be an EV Expert?

No, you don’t need to be an expert on every­thing EVs! But, you will need to know about these main talk­ing points:
