Join the Clean Cities Coali­tion for the first Zoom webi­nar in the “Cof­fee with a Researcher” vir­tu­al series. On Jan­u­ary 26, hear from C. Anna Spur­lock of Lawrence Berke­ley Nation­al Lab­o­ra­to­ry about the BEAM CORE sim­u­la­tion tool, an agent-based mod­el to sim­u­late trans­porta­tion behav­iors on a region­al scale, and how it can be used to mod­el mobil­i­ty, traf­fic con­ges­tion, and ener­gy impacts of region­al trans­porta­tion sys­tems.  The webi­nar will also unveil the Appli­ca­tion and Col­lab­o­ra­tion Tool (ACT) and pro­vide stake­hold­ers an oppor­tu­ni­ty to pro­vide feed­back on these mod­el and sim­u­la­tion tools.
